WHAT WE DO:

We are currently working on our first IP across two game projects, Avarice and Penumbra.

Avarice is currently in the concept and validation stage and we are seeking investment to help us develop a prototype. Avarice is a futuristic, post-apocalyptic survival RPG.

Penumbra is a free-to-play online multiplayer text-based role-playing game that allows us to build our community, test our game mechanics, gain experience with our dev processes and working together as a team, while also developing our IP.

WHY WE DO IT:

We care about creating a positive environment, both for our employees and for the players in our gaming community. We aspire to create immersive story-telling games that are rich with narrative, utilize creative and problem-solving skills, reflect real world scenarios in a futuristic fantasy environment, and above all, are fun and enriching experiences.

Romi is an experienced  Producer who started working in the games industry in 2005 and is an empathic leader who cares deeply about both her team and player base.

She has worked on titles such as Mirror's Edge: Catalyst and Star Wars: The Force Unleashed.

Random Fact:

Romi owns a homestead in Sweden where she practices survival skills. Is it any wonder she's combining her love for technology and survival in the creation of Avarice and Penumbra.

 

Shawn is an experienced security consultant and is responsible for Vanaheim's IT and technical operations - he's the guy who keeps our server running and secure. He has also invested  personal finances to help the project go ahead in these early stages.

Shawn has worked for major companies including Apple and Verizon.

 

 

Oscar is the incredibly talented artist who created the gorgeous concept art pieces that you'll find around our website.

His experience merges design and art for games, mobile apps (including AR/VR), websites - and also branding.

Kyle has a history of experience in operations and leadership. He is our primary coder on Penumbra and responsible for developing new game features. He's also helping to teach other team members how to code.
